Our story begins in Ireland, where proprietor Diarmuid Noone began his career in hospitality at the tender age of six, working as chief glass collector in his parents’ pub. Of course, he didn’t know then that this would turn into a passion, one that would send him to work and learn in bars and restaurants all over Europe and North America. After settling down in Southern California, Diarmuid and his wife Katie opened Molly Bloom’s, an Irish Bar and Restaurant in San Clemente that served up Irish comfort food. The couple moved to Mission Viejo in 2007 and pretty immediately began looking for a location to house a neighborhood gastropub, but it wasn’t until 2014 that their dream became reality. After a lengthy construction project in what had been the site of long-time Mission Viejo restaurant Tijuana Gillies, Pub Thirty-Two finally launched. Today, we proudly partner with local farms and ranches to bring you fresh, local, and sustainable food - preferably paired with the perfect craft beer, wine, or whiskey.
