Executive Chef Dean Dassler’s culinary career spans thirty years, all sorts of cuisines, multiple states from the East to West coasts, and everything from casinos, to resorts and hotels, to restaurants. He loves sharing his passion for food with the community - putting together amazing themed tasting dinners for Pub Thirty-Two’s customers, working with local elementary students, and mentoring aspiring chefs. A recent transplant to Southern California, Chef Dean enjoys anything to do with water, and cooking for his loved ones.
